By accessing or using EzyLoan (operated by Dibyansh Associates), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

EzyLoan is a digital loan facilitation platform that connects borrowers with partner banks and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs). We are not a lender, NBFC, or financial institution.

EzyLoan provides the following services:

• Loan application facilitation and documentation support
• Connecting users with partner banks/NBFCs
• EMI calculator and loan comparison tools
• Financial education and guidance resources

Note: We do not sanction, disburse, or collect loans. All loan decisions are made solely by our lending partners.

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during application
• Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Review all loan offers and terms before acceptance
• Repay loans as per agreed schedules with lending partners

⚠️ Providing false information may result in application rejection, legal action, or blacklisting with partner institutions.

Loan approval is not guaranteed and depends on multiple factors including:

• Credit score and credit history
• Income verification and repayment capacity
• Employment stability and documentation
• Lender's internal policies and risk assessment
• Regulatory compliance requirements

All loans are disbursed directly by partner banks/NBFCs into the borrower's verified bank account. EzyLoan has no control over approval timelines, interest rates, or disbursement processes.

EzyLoan does not charge any upfront fees from borrowers. All fees are disclosed by the lender before loan acceptance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EzyLoan and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Loan approval/rejection decisions made by partner lenders
• Changes in interest rates, terms, or policies by lending partners
• Delays in documentation, verification, or disbursement
• Any financial loss, credit score impact, or legal consequences arising from loan availing
• Technical errors, platform downtime, or data transmission issues

Users agree to hold EzyLoan harmless from any claims arising out of their use of the platform or transactions with lending partners.

By using EzyLoan, you consent to:

• Collection and verification of personal, financial, and KYC information
• Sharing of your data with partner banks/NBFCs for loan processing
• Use of your information for service improvement, communication, and compliance

EzyLoan reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on this page.

Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Cuttack, Odisha.
